Purchases from authorized Farmaesthetics retailers must be returned to the appropriate retailer and are subject to their individual policies. If your purchase was made on our website, please contact our office (800.711.9194 or firstname.lastname@example.org) with details on the reason for return and you will be guided as to how to proceed. Due to COVID-19 we are taking additional precautions around returns and ask that you contact us prior to returning. Please note that returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the date of original shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns and exchanges. Returns, exchanges and credits will incur a 25% processing fee.
Please note, if your order arrives in a damaged box, it is necessary to keep the original packaging in order for a claim to be made with the shipper.
In the event your product is damaged in shipment, we will be happy to replace that item immediately or refund the amount of your original purchase.
Your Farmaesthetics products are assembled and packaged at the time of order processing. Processing time for all online orders is 3-5 business days.
From time to time with spikes in volume, or shipping delays beyond our control due to Covid 19, orders can take the full 5 business days to process. We do not build or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. If you know you need an order to arrive by a given date, please choose expedited shipping to ensure your delivery date expectation can be met.*
Beginning April 20, 2020, we will be offering “white glove” curbside pick-up at our Flagship Skincare Boutique in Newport, RI.
Curbside service will be offered every weekday for orders placed online or by phone.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays, via UPS and USPS.
Delivery times vary depending on ship-to location.
Please note that while we are still shipping from our warehouse within 3-5 business days, due to COVID-19 operational issues, our shipping carriers USPS and UPS are experiencing delays.
You will receive a confirmation order once your package has been picked up by your shipping carrier with your tracking number.
Please click on that tracking number for updates on your package and reach out directly to your shipper if you are experiencing severe delays or have questions about your package’s transit.

Free Shipping, when offered, applies to only the contiguous United States and therefore excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and any US territories.
