We want you to be completely satisfied with every Farmaesthetics product you purchase. Should you have any issues please reach out to the authorized retailer where your product was purchased.
If your purchase was made directly with Farmaesthetics and you wish to initiate a return, please email our customer care department at info@farmaesthetics.com with details on the reason for return and you will be guided as to how to proceed.
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date of original shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns. We will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least 50% full and received within 30 days of initial purchase. All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed – otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the full refund or send out another return label.
In the event your product is damaged in shipment, please reach out to our customer care department we will guide you as to how to proceed. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the USPS or UPS shipping carrier directly.
1. CONNECT WITH CUSTOMER CARE
If you would like to return an item purchased online directly from Farmaesthetics, please email our Customer Care department at info@farmaesthetics.com with details on the reason for return and you will be guided as to how to proceed. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
2. COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM & PRINT THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
Return shipping label will be sent to the email address attached to your original order unless otherwise specified. Returns can only be processed if our Return form is included, and the desired action is specified. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Download our return form here and include it in your package.
3. PACK YOUR RETURN
Please safely pack the products and include the return form. Affix the return shipping label to the box and ship it back to us by bringing the return to the carrier on the return label. All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return shipping label being emailed.
Your Farmaesthetics products are assembled and packaged at the time of order processing. Processing time for all online orders is 3-5 business days.
From time to time with spikes in volume, or shipping delays beyond our control, orders may take the longer to process. We do not build or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Cost of shipping is determined by standard carrier charges, which are established by (1) the destination of the shipment and (2) weight of the package.
You will receive a confirmation order once your package has been picked up by your shipping carrier with your tracking number.
Please click on that tracking number for updates on your package and reach out directly to your shipper if you are experiencing severe delays or have questions about your package’s transit.
For local curbside pick-up at our Newport, RI facility, please place order online and indicate “Curbside Pick-Up” on your order. When your order is ready you will receive an email notification directly from Farmaesthetics.
Curbside pick-up is offered Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm.

How to Opt-In
To opt-in to receive text messages from FARMAESTHETICS under the FARMAESTHETICS Program, complete the SMS/Text Messaging Opt-In Form and submit it to FARMAESTHETICS. FARMAESTHETICS will then send you a text message asking you to confirm your enrollment in the FARMAESTHETICS Program.
How to Opt-Out
To STOP receiving text messages from FARMAESTHETICS, text STOP to the ten-digit long code from which the text messages are being sent. Free Shipping, when offered, applies to only the contiguous United States and therefore excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and any US territories.
