We want for you to be completely satisfied with each product that you purchase from us. Should you wish to return a product, please process the return through the location at which you purchased it. Purchases from authorized Farmaesthetics retailers must be returned to the appropriate retailer and are subject to their individual policies. If your purchase was made on our website, please contact our office (800.711.9194 or firstname.lastname@example.org) with details on the reason for return and you will be advised as to how to proceed. Due to COVID-19 we are taking additional precautions around returns and ask that you please contact us prior to returning. Please note that returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the date of original shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns & exchanges. Returns, exchanges and credits will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Please note, if your order arrives damaged, it is necessary to keep your packaging in the event a claim needs to be made.
Also, in the event that any product is damaged in shipment, we will replace that item immediately or refund you the amount of your original purchase.
