Shipping & Handling Information:
Standard processing time for all online orders is 1-2 business days. From time to time with significant increases in volume, orders can take up to 4-5 business days to process. If you know you need an order to arrive by a given date, please choose an expedited shipping option to ensure your delivery date expectation is met. We ship orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays, via UPS. USPS shipping is also available; orders requesting this means of shipping are processed to ship on Fridays. Delivery times vary depending on ship-to location. Please contact our office at 800.711.9194 should you require a shipment specification not listed on our site (i.e., Saturday Delivery) to see how we may accommodate your request.
Cost of shipping is determined by standard carrier charges, which are established by (1) the destination of the shipment & (2) the weight of the package. Please note that there is a flat rate handling fee of $2.00 applied to all orders.
Also please note that all orders requesting expedited shipping will be processed same day if placed by noon, otherwise such orders will be processed the following business day.

We want for you to be completely satisfied with each product that you purchase from us. Should you wish to return a product, please process the return through the location at which you purchased it. If your purchase was made on our website, please contact our office (800.711.9194 or firstname.lastname@example.org) with details on the reason for return and you will be advised as to how to proceed. Please note that returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the date of original shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns & exchanges. Exchanges will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Please note, if your order arrives damaged, it is necessary to keep your packaging in the event a claim needs to be made.
Also, in the event that any product is damaged in shipment, we will replace that item immediately or refund you the amount of your original purchase.
